Job description

Saint Joseph Health System, a proud member of Trinity Health, invites Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our thriving Elm Road primary care practice in Mishawaka, Indiana.

This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to provide comprehensive, relationship-based care in one of our busiest primary care locations, serving patients throughout the Mishawaka region as well as neighboring rural communities. Join a collaborative team committed to improving access, advancing quality outcomes, and supporting the health of families across Northern Indiana.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care for patients across all stages of life
  • Manage a diverse patient panel in a busy, well-established practice with strong community demand
  • Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Collaborate with specialists, advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and support staff to provide exceptional patient-centered care
  • Help expand access to high-quality primary care throughout the Mishawaka region and surrounding rural communities
Who We're Looking For:
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Passion for community-based medicine and continuity of care
  • Commitment to serving diverse patient populations, including underserved and rural communities
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure and DEA registration
