We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within initially the New Jersey region and eventually the SE region (TN, GA and NC). The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and market expansion.

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and target key growth opportunities within the region.

Team Leadership & Development:
