Description: A well-established family-owned Nissan Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Collision Center Manager to lead our team. We are looking for a leader with a strong background in collision repair, customer service, and team management. 5+ years of experience in a collision center environment is preferred. Knowledge of CCC1 software is a plus. Enjoy a competitive compensation plan and benefits package! NO DRPs AND NO WEEKENDS!!!

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the collision center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and support collision estimators, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure accurate estimation of costs for labor and parts for repairing or replacing damaged vehicle items.
  • Review and approve repair cost estimates, working closely with insurance companies and customers.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with insurance companies to expedite repairs and claim processes.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in managing a collision center or similar automotive repair facility.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, and customer service.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as insurance estimates and supplements. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and insurance representatives.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing the best service for customers and their vehicles.
  • Knowledge of CCC1 software is a plus.
