We are looking for a results-driven and people-focused District Manager who thrives on developing leaders, solving operational challenges, and creating a supportive team environment. In this role, you will oversee multiple restaurant locations and partner closely with store managers to ensure strong performance, excellent guest service, and a positive workplace culture.

  • Recruit, interview, and hire strong store managers who align with company values and leadership standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development to help managers grow professionally.

Drive Sales Growth and Financial Performance
  • Set regional goals including sales targets, revenue projections, and operational benchmarks.
  • Work with managers to develop strategies that increase sales, improve guest satisfaction, and strengthen overall store performance.
  • Monitor each store’s financial performance including P&L reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the regional budget and ensure each store operates within company financial guidelines.
Ensure Brand Consistency and Marketing Alignment
  • Ensure marketing efforts, promotions, and brand messaging are consistent across all locations.
  • Help managers effectively implement promotions and marketing initiatives that drive guest traffic and sales growth.
  • Ensure each location delivers a consistent brand experience for every guest.
Maintain Operational Standards and Compliance
  • Ensure all restaurants follow company policies, industry regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety across all locations.
  • Ensure restaurants consistently meet or exceed company expectations for service, quality, and operational excellence.
Communication and Strategic Collaboration
  • Act as the primary liaison between restaurant locations and company leadership.
  • Communicate operational updates, company initiatives, and strategic priorities to store managers.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to senior leadership based on field experience and store performance data.
  • Support company growth initiatives and operational improvements across the district.
