The Regional Manager isdirectly responsible for management and supervision of an assigned portfolio ofproperties, including but not limited to, supervision of the generaladministration and maintenance aspects of property operations.

oย ย Superviseon site staff including hiring, disciplinary and termination decisions

oย ย Coordinatewith Site Managers to develop marketing and leasing strategies

oย ย Trainand motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service

oย ย Ensurestaff compliance with company policies and procedures

oย ย Communicatewith Site Managers daily

oย ย Fileinsurance, Workmanas Comp claims for properties (if needed)

oย ย Rentjournals keyed daily

oย ย Consultwith regulatory agencies on site reviews/inspections

oย ย Handletenant complaints

oย ย Completedelinquency and vacancy reports

oย ย Approveand sign vendor bills

oย ย Completereserve requests and send to RD

oย ย Updatemanagement plans

oย ย UpdateAFHMP as needed

oย ย Attendinspections and reviews when possible

oย ย Highschool diploma or equivalent

oย ย Experience (2+ years preferred) inLIHTC property management ย 

oย ย Knowledge of Microsoft Office andProperty Management software (e.g. Yardi).

oย ย Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines

oย ย Good written and verbal communication skills

oย ย  Exceptionalscheduling and organizational skills

oย ย  Teamplayer with a strong work ethic and ability to interact with a wide variety ofpeople

oย ย  Abilityto solve problems involving tenants, personnel, emergency situations whileremaining calm, rational and professional.
