  • Provide operational excellence within the assigned region
  • Drive change management plans, develop strategies and deploy tactics to attain financial and operational goals
  • Achieve Rentokil North America’s Company goals and revenue growth
  • Monitor progress against district and region revenue objectives
  • Oversee development of General Managers through talent assessment and development
  • Manage recruiting efforts, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Oversee relationship with all residential and specific commercial clients
  • Resolve client disputes and complaints
  • Ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence
  • Follow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the business
  • Lead and drive organization values through quality of service, relationships, and teamwork
  • Orchestrate joint team meetings to build camaraderie and share best practices
  • Enable ongoing development of BMs via effective evaluations and coaching
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management related subject
  • 8+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Alternatively, military ranking of O5
  • Business operations experience
  • Skill in managing and leading assigned projects - understanding of project management
  • Maintains relevant licences as required by federal, state or local regulations for termite/pest control and any other business unit products and services
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty.
