HVAC/R Installer - Refrigeration Installer

What Youll Do

Install a variety of commercial HVAC/R equipment, including refrigeration systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, ice machines, air-conditioning units, furnaces, make-up air units, and related equipment. Team members may also perform service work and planned maintenance.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lehi, Utah. Typical workweeks range from 40 to 50 hours and include participation in an on-call rotation. We are hiring at multiple experience levels, from apprentice through journeyman.

Qualifications
  • Maintain an insurable driving record throughout employment.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Mechanically inclined, with experience and/or knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC/R equipment.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Reliable, with strong time-management skills.

Compensation
  • $22-$30 per hour, depending on experience.

  • Overtime pay.

  • On-call work paid at double time.
