Weโ€™re looking for a motivated and organized Refractive Coordinator to guide patients through their refractive surgery journey, including LASIK, premium IOLs, and cataract procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and support patients before and after consultations

  • Respond to inquiries and help convert potential patients to advanced procedures

  • Coordinate surgery scheduling and ensure all pre-op materials are ready

  • Maintain and update patient education materials

  • Track and report on procedure data, referrals, and marketing trends

  • Communicate with referring doctors and manage follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred
