A Day in the Life:
The Sanitation Operator is responsible for housekeeping of the soybean processing plant, assisting Process Operators with their daily tasks, and operating powered industrial vehicles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well in a team environment, has a positive attitude, and has the ambition to further develop their career with the company.
Position Details:
Rotating 12-hour shifts, either 10:00am - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 10:00am
Pay: $23.94 an hour
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near miss reporting and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility
  • Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work at varying heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures as required
  • Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
  • Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when needed
