Office Manager – Direct Administrative Operations and Cultivate Workplace Excellence at Apollo Plumbing and Rooter

You will serve as the central operational leader of our headquarters, guiding our administrative team and refining office systems to support rapid field operations. This role gives you the hands-on authority to coach staff, enforce processes, and directly shape a culture built on high accountability and customer excellence. Lead, mentor, and coach administrative team members to foster continuous growth and high performance.

Establish, enforce, and optimize internal operational workflows to streamline daily administrative functions.

Monitor team productivity metrics and operational KPIs to maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Drive a culture of proactive accountability, collaboration, and continuous operational improvement.

Partner with department leaders, dispatch, and field operations to ensure seamless cross-functional communication.
