We're currently growing our team of Artisans with a(n) Technical Solutions Manager. This role is responsible for growing the ReNu Technologies business by supporting ReNu & RTI's business development teams and ensuring our clients clearly understand the value provided through ReNu's services.
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide technical presentation leadership and support to ReNu/RTI's BD and Clients
  • Generate post-project summaries and post-project reporting
  • Lead operational data review meetings to maximize customer value
  • Provide input to reports, technical papers, presentations, customer reporting, and analysis, etc.
  • Strengthen technical customer relationships to maintain sales
  • Gain technical knowledge and understanding of customer processes / flowsheets
  • Ensure clients stay engaged through the Total Fan Health assessments and post project reporting steps.
  • Represent ReNu in forums and meetings with key stakeholders
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with client corporate technical teams
  • Generation and keeping of Client data and ROI evaluation records and documents
  • ReNu annual and new hire internal technical training

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • None

Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of Process Engineering or equivalent plant experience or 2-3 years of equivalent technical sales at an oil and gas industry business.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • TWIC Card
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid Passport

Working Conditions / Physical Demands
Work is executed both in an office setting and in the field as the requires in-plant meetings and also walk-arounds in a variety of plant settings. On Occasion, it may be required to assist in the operations team on a project campaign which would require 12 hour shifts for a week or so in an industrial site.
In the plant one may be required to climb stairs and ladders, work in inclement weather.
During in-plant meetings and field work special PPE is required. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses.
ReNu Technologies office/administrative work can be done at a home office where ReNu will provide the needed office items such as computer, monitor, keyboard, etc.
Travel Requirements
This position typically required 30-45 overnights per year. Most travel will be to support business development or project reporting efforts. Some travel will be required for project support.
