Job description

Innovative Title & Escrow Services is looking for an Escrow Officer. Preferred experience in an escrow officer position. Currently, can be in a non-escrow position with a title company, or having done business with a title company and have the understanding of some of the processes, (i.e. mortgage company, realtor, title abstractor, etc.)

Job Summary
Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation. Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Works under limited supervision and ability to multi-task.

Strong time management skills.

Great attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Performs all other duties as assigned by management
