Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

โ€ข 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

โ€ข 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

โ€ข Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

โ€ข This role will require floating to multiple units

โ€ข COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

โ€ข 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - Childrenโ€™s Wisconsin and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Childrenโ€™s Wisconsin.

โ€ข 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Staffency Program - Childrenโ€™s Wisconsin and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Childrenโ€™s Wisconsin.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have previous Level 3 NICU and pediatric experience.

Shift & Scheduling:

12 weeks with the possibility of extension. Will accept April or May start dates

Occasionally some day shifts

Weekends: Two weekends a month.

Holidays: As needed

Floating Requirements: Float to Peds, ER, and possibly transports depending on experience.

9 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
