Lead Compliance Systems/Data Analyst
We are seeking a Lead Compliance Systems/Data Analyst to support compliance monitoring, investment guideline management, and data readiness across investment management platforms. This role is focused on ensuring accurate, complete, and timely data is available to support compliance rules, surveillance processes, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with compliance, investment operations, data management, and technology teams to support ongoing integration and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with compliance teams to identify data requirements supporting investment guideline monitoring and regulatory oversight.
  • Analyze and validate data used within compliance and investment management platforms.
  • Ensure accurate data flows across security master, reference data, order management, and compliance systems.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues impacting compliance monitoring.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of compliance-related workflows and controls.
  • Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure data availability and integrity.
  • Produce reporting and analysis supporting compliance operations and audits.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience within investment management, asset management, compliance operations, or financial services.
  • SQL, data analysis, and data governance experience.
  • Strong understanding of investment data and operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Charles River, Aladdin, Sentinel, or similar compliance monitoring platforms.
  • Security master, reference data, and order management systems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data integration initiatives.
