Role: Informatica MDM Consultant

Experience: - Min 10+Years

Location: - Onsite Role (Candidate should be able to work from the Philly office thrice a week)

As a Informatica MDM Consultant you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities:

  • At least ten (10) or more years of Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Reference Data Management (RDM)
  • Previous experience in the healthcare domain; experience working for a Healthcare Payer preferred
  • Strong expertise in Member and Provider data domains within Payer or healthcare organizations
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, and SAS data management tools
  • Proven experience designing and implementing MDM/RDM architectures in complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success leading cloud migration of MDM/RDM platforms (preferably to Azure)
  • Strong experience with Azure cloud services, including Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and related components
  • Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and integration
  • Deep understanding of payer data standards, healthcare interoperability, and regulatory requirements.

Leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
