Fellowship Trained Breast Surgeon San Diego, California

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group Full-Time opening to join an 800+ provider multi-specialty practice with dedicated General Surgery division.

Salary Range: $391,428.96-550K+ - Salary includes productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.

Division of General Surgery is seeking a fellowship trained breast surgeon. Candidate must have completed a breast surgery fellowship. Incoming surgeon will join two other breast surgeons. Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care. Interest in advancing clinical quality, program expansion and community outreach encouraged. Division sees over 300 new breast cancer patients annually. Clinical based with dedicated surgery time. Full day of clinic = average 10-14 patients. Full days of OR with dedicated block time. Average cases/week: 4-8. Work alongside reconstructive surgeons with excellent coordination of care. Dedicated breast radiologists and wireless localization technology. Great support for all laparoscopic and robotic surgery procedures.

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG) is seeking a Fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist to join our expanding multidisciplinary breast program. The incoming surgeon will join two other breast surgeons within a collaborative group that emphasizes quality, innovation, and coordinated care across specialties. Work closely with dedicated breast radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, breast pathologists, plastic surgeons, genetic counselors, nurse navigators as part of a fully integrated breast program. Strong institutional commitment to multidisciplinary care, clinical research participation, and evidence-based pathways.
