Description

Scentsy is looking for a Content Creator to produce a high volume of quick-turn short-form social videos built on current platform formats and trends. This role moves fast: concepting, filming, and editing lightweight content in-office on tight turnarounds, while tracking which formats perform and feeding those insights back to the social media team to sharpen what we make next. Works in close collaboration with the rest of the Content Creation/Creative team and social media manager to keep output consistent, on-brand, and on-trend.

What You'll Do:

  • Produce 3-4 quick-turn reels per week plus simple video content, built on relevant, current social formats and trends
  • Concept, film, and edit short-form video with fast in-office turnaround 
  • Monitor platform trends and emerging formats daily; translate them into content quickly
  • Maintain a consistent posting-ready cadence that keeps social channels active
  • Concept, create, edit, and present content for monthly social media assets, campaigns, and brand collaborations
  • Create engaging multimedia content (videos, reels, graphics, mobile product photography, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing/social team for larger campaigns and product launches
  • Run reports on top-performing formats and content, then iterate in alignment with the social media manager
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of social content creation experience or relevant field
  • A portfolio of short-form social video that shows strong instincts for platform trends, hooks, and fast-paced editing
  • Deep fluency in current social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and the ability to spot and execute on trends fast
  • Strong short-form video editing skills, including mobile-first tools (CapCut, etc.) alongside Premiere Pro
  • Ability to manage multiple creative efforts and deliver results on time and on budget in a pressured environment
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Expert communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to regularly develop strategic solutions that require ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
  • Ability to change creative direction quickly, as business dictates, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Someone who passionately follows industry trends on social media
