  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and community engagement, escalating inquiries when appropriate.

Video Production

  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality vertical videos optimized for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
  • Produce property tours, amenity showcases, resident testimonials, staff introductions, educational content, and lifestyle videos.
  • Stay current on social media trends, viral content, sounds, and platform best practices to keep our brands competitive.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding, Fair Housing guidelines, and marketing standards.
  • Collaborate with corporate and on-site teams to promote community events, leasing campaigns, resident initiatives, and company announcements.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, video performance, follower growth, and lead generation metrics.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for content optimization.
  • Analyze trends and replicate successful content strategies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar editing software.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel regularly to company properties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of current TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram trends.

  • Experience creating user-generated content (UGC) and lifestyle marketing campaigns.
