Position Summary

As a Game Producer, you'll define and manage game projects through the studio. You will write the game specification documents and oversee games as they move through the development pipeline. You will be responsible for ensuring games are on the money in terms of quality, play experience, audio, math, and orchestration. You will guide our highly skilled, cross-functional teams to ensure our games are the best they can be. You are the voice of our players during development, making sure at every step the games are clear and easy to understand and more importantly fun and exciting to play.

The role is multi-purpose; guiding the development teams in reaching the vision established by the Creative Director, being the go-to person for your games across the organization, sharing knowledge, understanding the regulatory requirements, tracking competitor developments and assisting the commercial and marketing teams when and where needed.

As the Game Producer we will look to you to use previous product and/or customer related experience to improve game development, innovate the product and give insight on player research that directly effects the overall game performance and player experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain design documentation for development teams.

  • Update and maintain assigned milestone dates, tasks and tickets over Monday and Jira.

  • Provide land-based title video or still frame references to Art and engineering disciplines.

  • Starting from concept design to GLI submission provide subject matter expertise regarding the game flow and play experience.

  • Review game demo's and provide feedback to each discipline ensuring top quality content and player experience.

  • At each stage of the development process, submit titles to the Brand Management and Legal teams to mitigate any possible IP infringement.

  • Participate in content meetings between global studio stakeholders on current titles in development for feedback.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in iGaming or land-based slot game design and development.

  • Ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple disciplines with a drive to overcome obstacles.

  • Broad knowledge of Art, Animation, Audio, Math design and engineering implementation.

  • Sufficient understanding of North America regulatory framework and jurisdictional requirements.

  • Experience using Jira.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word and Power Point.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills to maintain multiple projects concurrently.

  • Demonstrated track record with delivering Ported and Original titles from start to finish

  • Strong passion in playing iGaming, land-based slot machine content and table games.

  • Familiar with iGaming and slot machine game play feature mechanics and market trends.
