Job Title

Join our team as a Reservation Coordinator assisting clients by coordinating vacation reservations and organizing booking details in a remote environment.

In this role you will support individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by confirming reservations, maintaining booking records, and ensuring that itinerary information remains structured and easy to understand.

Vacation plans frequently include accommodations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled activities that must remain aligned within a structured timeline. Your role will focus on maintaining organized reservation systems that help ensure booking details remain accurate and accessible throughout the planning process.

You will assist with reviewing reservation confirmations, organizing itinerary updates, and maintaining booking documentation so that travel details remain clear and properly recorded. Monitoring reservation timelines and following up on outstanding confirmations will help ensure that vacation plans remain organized and complete.
