Job Description
The representative will be the main point of contact for both new and existing customers in order to pinpoint their needs to grow the customer base that uses our client's products and services. This will be done in an office and retail setting by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
The Representative's Responsibilities
  • Work between the company's office location and retail locations to communicate the overall customer experience
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Understanding and staying up to date with our current client promotions and brand
  • Identifying new opportunities for improvement and efficiency innovations
