What You'll Do
  • Lead dynamic group training sessions and personal training for youth, adults, and teams.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, motivating environment every single session.
  • Modify programs to meet each athlete's goals, strengths, and limitations.
  • Teach proper form, movement, and safety with precision.
  • Build deep relationships - know every athlete's goals and help them crush them.
  • Provide ongoing education and accountability in strength, speed, and nutrition
  • Contribute to a culture that prizes excellence, community, and results.

What You Bring
  • A magnetic, "can't fake it" presence - you light up the room and inspire others to perform.
  • Passion for fitness, performance, and changing lives.
  • NCCA-accredited certification required (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, etc.).
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience coaching group, personal, or team training.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to command a room of athletes.
