Overview

The core mission of Inbound Team Member is to provide accurate and swift processing of ASNs in order to maintain alignment with our client goals.

As a Red Stag Team Member, you will be continuously pursuing perfection as you cross train in multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Processing ASNs with accuracy and speed to align with our clients' goals.

  • Deploying your attention to detail that adds quality and confidence to consumers for their products. 

  • Efficiently processing client SKUs using our technology and barcode scanners according to quantity, and productaccuracy. 

  • Safely working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.).
  • Experience with different kinds of lifts including Stand up (reach), Sit Down, Turret, and stock picker.
  • Safely operate a forklift or other equipment to move pallets between staging areas and final locations. 
Qualifications

Qualifications/Education Requirements: 

  • Obtain Red Stag Internal forklift certifications per machine.
  • Attendance and punctuality are a must. Consistently work your schedule and realize there will be mandatory seasonal attendance changes and requirements.
  • Must be willing to work overtime on short notice to meet clients' goals. Sometimes in other departments.
  • Willingness to cross train in other departments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and utilize team lift assistance for heavier items.
  • Must be able to walk for long periods of time throughout large facilitiesand/or stand in one areaforlong periods of time. 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with positive attitude and mindset.
  • Ability to understand processes and concepts involving the use of various pieces of technology.
  • Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Work within Red Stag Fulfillment's mission and core values.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to access and navigate within each department at the Red Stag's facilities.
  • Must be able to work in the Red Stag's facilities including continuous time moving, regular handling of stock up to 50 pounds (utilizing team lifting assistance with heavier items), reaching, bending, carrying, etc.
  • Constantly works in an environment where the indoor/outdoor temperatures may fluctuate based on seasonality.
