Job description

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox Corporation
Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Seat Ventures is a modern media company built for the creator economy, where audiences seek direct connection with the voices they trust. Founded in 2015 and acquired by Fox Corporation in 2025, Red Seat operates within Tubi Media Group and partners with high-profile talent to develop and grow personality-driven brands across podcasting, streaming video, newsletters, subscriptions, live events, and direct-to-consumer media experiences.
Red Seat Ventures is scaling quickly with the goal of becoming the #1 creator economy company in the world. The company is building a full-stack creator platform across creator services, creator monetization, events, networks, podcast hosting, subscriptions, video distribution, ad sales, and technology. Red Seat's growth strategy includes businesses such as Speakeasy, Supercast, CrimeCon, Arena, The First, Crime Junkie, and other creator-led media brands.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to serve as the dedicated recruiting partner for Red Seat Ventures. This role will own full-cycle recruitment across all lines of business, supporting a high-volume requisition load across sales, revenue operations, creator partnerships, content, production, marketing, events, finance, technology, customer success, and operations.
This is not a standard corporate recruiting role. Red Seat operates like a fast-moving startup inside a large media company. The right person will bring urgency, strong judgment, business curiosity, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing hiring quality. They will need to build trust with senior leaders, calibrate talent across very different functions, manage competing priorities, and deliver great candidate and hiring manager experiences in a high-growth environment.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable hiring plans, building search strategies, managing requisition flow, surfacing market insights, and helping Red Seat hire the talent needed to scale its creator economy platform.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Red Seat Ventures, managing a high-volume and diverse requisition portfolio
  • Recruit across multiple business functions, including sales, ad operations, creator partnerships, content, production, marketing, events, finance, technology, product, customer success, and operations
  • Build and execute search strategies for roles ranging from coordinator and manager-level positions to senior leadership searches
  • Manage requisition intake, search calibration, sourcing, screening, interview process management, offer strategy, and close
  • Prioritize requisitions based on business urgency, revenue impact, and leadership needs
  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to Red Seat Ventures leadership and hiring managers
  • Translate fast-changing business needs into clear hiring plans, role profiles, and execution timelines
  • Advise hiring managers on talent market realities, compensation expectations, candidate availability, and search strategy
  • Create a consistent, high-quality hiring process while adapting to the pace and style of a startup-like business
  • Develop a strong understanding of Red Seat's creator economy model, including creator monetization, podcasting, video, subscriptions, live events, ad sales, and direct-to-fan platforms
  • Recruit talent who can thrive in a culture built around speed, ownership, autonomy, and client service
  • Track and communicate hiring progress, blockers, risks, and next actions
  • Use recruiting data, market insight, and funnel metrics to inform decisions and adjust strategy
  • Maintain clean and accurate requisition, candidate, and pipeline data in Workday and related systems
  • Partner with recruiting operations, compensation, HR, finance, and business leaders to support approvals, offers, and hiring execution
  • Help create scalable recruiting practices while preserving Red Seat's entrepreneurial culture

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting high-growth media, entertainment, digital, technology, creator economy, ad sales, events, or startup environments
  • Experience managing a high-volume requisition load across multiple functions
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand different roles, teams, revenue models, and hiring priorities
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing, assessment, candidate management, and closing skills
  • Experience recruiting for a mix of commercial, creative, operational, and technical roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High ownership, urgency, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Comfort operating in Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Zoom, and related recruiting tools
  • A practical, no-ego approach with the ability to build trust quickly and get things done
  • Ability to move fast without creating chaos, while managing multiple priorities and maintaining hiring quality
  • Sound judgment on when to push back, when to escalate, and when to solve problems independently
  • Comfort recruiting for roles across new or unfamiliar functions
  • Ability to work effectively with founders, executives, operators, sales leaders, creative leaders, and technical leaders
  • A structured approach to ambiguity that supports speed, quality, and business impact

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Experience recruiting for creator economy, podcasting, subscription, live events, ad sales, or direct-to-fan businesses
  • Experience supporting startup-like teams within a larger corporate environment
  • Familiarity with businesses such as Speakeasy, Supercast, CrimeCon, Arena, or similar creator, media, events, and technology platforms
  • Experience building scalable recruiting practices for high-growth teams
