We treat our people like family, we are mission-focused, and we give back! Join us today. We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Tools Services Product Owner (PO) to work as a member of the Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and program strategy, driving the development and integration of advanced cybersecurity capabilities for the IBCS program. The PO will be responsible for the prioritization and validation of development software for the Cyber Tools Services development team. This involves working with Program Management to set priorities for capabilities and defects for each Product Increment (PI) and sprint.

The role requires reviewing and understanding Systems Engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms to provide direct guidance to the development team. Furthermore, the PO will support the team in developing acceptance criteria for software updates and be responsible for their verification. To succeed, this leader must possess both proven Agile experience and technical knowledge of Elastic SIEM architectures, virtualized environments, extensive network security concepts, Windows and Red Hat (RHEL) Operating Systems, and a general knowledge of containers.

Finally, the position requires strong communication skills to deliver technical briefings and advisement to leadership. The PO will actively report on team status, recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, and risks. Responsibilities Responsibilities include overseeing a Cyber Tools development team, participating in code reviews, and verifying deliverables against acceptance criteria.

The candidate will also perform Cyber risk analysis for a Command and Control (C2) system and leverage strong technical communication skills to bridge the gap between end users and Agile developers. They will prioritize software capabilities and defects in coordination with Program Management for PIs and sprints, review and interpret engineering designs and algorithms to provide technical direction to the development team, define acceptance criteria for software updates and perform final verification of delivered code, and deliver technical briefings and demonstrations to leadership while offering COAs and impact analysis. Additionally, the candidate will assist with the technical roadmap for Elastic SIEM architectures and the integration of defensive cyber toolsets, drive the integration of advanced cybersecurity capabilities across the IFMC ecosystem, and serve as a bridge between the Cyber Tools Services development team and PAE Fires/IFMC program leadership.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Have a bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences or mathematics * Have a minimum of 7 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above * Proficiency with the Atlassian toolset (Jira/Confluence) for backlog management and the Microsoft Office toolset for professional deliverables. * Technical knowledge of Windows and Red Hat (RHEL) operating systems, virtualized environments, and containerization concepts. * Have experience with Cyber resilience and tactical DoD system hardening * Technical knowledge of SIEM architectures (preferably Elastic), including deployment methodologies, data ingestion, and infrastructure scaling.

* Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., routing, switching) and network security (e.g., router ACLs, firewalls), including threat detection, incident response, and risk management. * Have CompTIA Security + certification * Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher Desired Qualifications: * Prior Product Owner of a SW development SCRUM team is a plus. * Practical experience configuring, managing, and scaling Elastic SIEM infrastructures and rule sets.

* Direct experience securing and administering Windows and Red Hat (RHEL) environments. * General understanding of the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) mission and operational context. * Have a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
