They are known for their expertise in site selection, design, construction, and project management. Is becoming a real estate developer worth it?

A career as a real estate developer involves managing large projects, securing financing, and navigating market fluctuations. It can be financially rewarding but requires strong project management skills, industry knowledge, and significant initial investment. Success depends on market conditions and individual expertise.

What types of projects and responsibilities can I expect when working at Red Rock Developments?

At Red Rock Developments, team members often work on a variety of commercial real estate projects, including industrial parks, office spaces, and mixed-use developments. You can expect to be involved in tasks such as site selection, project management, liaising with contractors and clients, and overseeing timelines and budgets. Collaboration is key, as you'll regularly coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal officials to ensure successful project delivery. The work environment is typically fast-paced and dynamic, offering opportunities to lead initiatives and grow within the company as you gain experience.

To thrive as a real estate developer, you need a solid background in real estate, finance, project management, and urban planning, usually supported by a relevant degree or substantial industry experience. Familiarity with project management software, financial modeling tools, and industry-specific platforms like CoStar and Argus is typical. Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills help navigate stakeholder relationships and complex projects. These skills are crucial for successfully managing development projects from inception to completion while maximizing profitability and meeting client or investor expectations.

Job description

Internet Sales Representative (Business Development Center)

Be the first voice of Red Rock Harley-Davidson® and help riders take the first step toward the bike of their dreams.

Location:
2260 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146 | In-Store | Full-Time

Overview:

Red Rock Harley-Davidson is hiring! We’re looking for high-energy, motivated individuals to join our Internet Sales Team as Internet Sales Representatives. In this role, your number one job is to set appointments, whether that’s helping someone get on the bike they’ve been dreaming about or bringing in a private seller looking to trade or sell us theirs.

You’ll be the first point of contact for most of our customers, so your ability to create excitement, build trust quickly, and keep the conversation moving is what sets the tone for the entire dealership experience.

This isn’t your typical 9–5. We move fast, work hard, and have a lot of fun doing it. Our team feels like family and if you show up with full effort and the drive to succeed, you’ll be supported every step of the way. We celebrate wins, hold each other accountable, and genuinely enjoy what we do.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond fast and professionally to leads from the website, third-party listings, and social media ads
  • Set solid appointments for test rides, in-store visits, purchases, and trade-ins
  • Call, text, and email daily to connect with potential buyers and sellers
  • Reach out to private sellers on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms to book appointments to evaluate and buy bikes
  • Use our CRM (CDK Eleads) to document contact history and follow-up activity
  • Send personalized video messages to create connection and excitement
  • Follow up with no-shows and missed appointments to get them back on the schedule
  • Promote current dealership events, offers, and ride experiences
  • Work hand-in-hand with showroom Fit Specialists to ensure smooth handoffs and a VIP experience

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are laser-focused on results and know how to keep appointments at the center of everything you do
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, especially over the phone and through text
  • Know how to follow through, build quick rapport, and close the gap between interest and action
  • Are organized, driven, and great at managing multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Have experience in customer service, phone sales, hospitality, or call centers (or are hungry to learn)
  • Have basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, and CRM experience are a plus and the ability to type on average 50 words per minute
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where every day is different
  • Are open to the motorcycle lifestyle or already riding

What to Expect:

  • Full training and real-time support from a team that’s got your back
  • A high-performance environment where your hustle is rewarded
  • Daily opportunities to grow your confidence, communication, and sales skills
  • A workplace culture that values initiative, personality, and teamwork. You matter here

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent use of phone, computer, and technology systems
  • Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Work environment includes dealership office and showroom conditions

Apply now and tell us why you’d be a great fit for the Internet Sales Team at Red Rock Harley-Davidson.

Red Rock Harley-Davidson®
2260 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146
Where the ride begins and so can your next chapter.
