If you're excited to help shape the next chapter of a fast-growing brand at the intersection of wellness and technology, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Overview

iRESTORE is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day performance of our multi-node fulfillment network across our La Mirada, CA warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) partner supporting the Eastern U.S. In this role, you will own fulfillment execution across both locations, ensuring orders are routed and shipped accurately, on time, and at the right cost. You will serve as the primary operational partner to our 3PL and oversee order routing, inventory visibility, systems integrations, shipping performance, and cost reconciliation across the network. This is a hands-on role for an operationally strong problem solver who can identify issues quickly, coordinate across internal and external partners, and continuously improve fulfillment performance as the business scales. You will work closely with the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, who leads physical warehouse operations in La Mirada, and report to the eCommerce Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our Eastern-U.S. 3PL partner.
  • Monitor 3PL SLAs and KPIs (on-time ship %, order accuracy, receiving turnaround, damage rates); lead periodic performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
  • Ensure every order routes to the correct node by geography, inventory, and cost; catch and correct mis-routes before they ship.
  • Maintain and optimize routing rules; manage split shipments, held/back-orders, and surge/overflow decisions across nodes.
  • Plan and maintain inventory allocation between La Mirada and the 3PL; forecast and coordinate replenishment.
  • Reconcile system on-hand against 3PL-reported inventory; investigate variances; oversee new-SKU setup and cycle counts at the 3PL.
  • Monitor Shopify (and other channels) / Fulfil / 3PL integration health; resolve failed syncs, stuck orders, and tracking gaps.
  • Review 3PL and carrier invoices for accuracy, approve and route to AP, and reconcile 3PL billing against activity; manage international shipment exceptions and claims.
  • Maintain the fulfillment KPI dashboard across both nodes; review daily volume with the eCommerce Operations Manager and Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
  • Author and maintain SOPs for multi-node and 3PL processes. Supervise the Operations Coordinator and Operations Associate (planned Phase 2).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in eCommerce fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Direct experience managing or working closely with a 3PL / outsourced fulfillment partner.
  • Hands-on with an OMS/multichannel platform - Shopify, ShipStation, and an inventory/3PL system such as Fulfil.io or Netsuite (or equivalents).
  • Strong inventory-management and reconciliation skills; comfortable owning KPIs and working in spreadsheets.
  • Clear communicator who can hold a vendor accountable and coordinate across warehouse, CS, and leadership.
  • Experience with multi-node / distributed fulfillment and order-routing logic.
  • Familiarity with parcel carriers and international shipping (UPS WorldShip, DHL), CommerceHub, and marketplace (Amazon) fulfillment.
  • Experience writing SOPs and leading a small team.

Our Core Values and what we built our culture around:

  • WE THINK BIG: We have a forward-thinking, growth mindset and always consider the big picture in our decisions
  • PROACTIVE PROBLEM SOLVER: We use our problem-solving and analytical skills to make data-informed decisions

  • WE TAKE OWNERSHIP & ACT WITH URGENCY: We take complete accountability for our goals and take swift & effective action to reach them.

Our Company Benefits:

  • $80,000-$95,000 per year salary, commensurate with experience
  • Performance bonus tied to revenue metrics
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO + paid holidays
  • Hybrid - 50% remote / 50% on-site in La Mirada, CA
  • Stipends for fitness, continuous learning, and work-from-home setup
  • Discounts on iRESTORE Products
  • High-visibility role with opportunities for career growth
