Role Description The Ocean Import role at Topasia is a full-time, on-site position based in West Covina, CA. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound ocean freight shipments, including booking cargo, monitoring vessel schedules, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Daily tasks include managing customs entry and clearance processes, tracking shipments, communicating status updates to customers and internal teams, and resolving issues that may arise during transit. The role also involves maintaining close relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and other partners to support efficient operations.
