We're looking for a passionate Influencer Manager to manage and scale our Influencer program. This role will be responsible for ongoing optimization and managing relationships with Influencer partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify Influencers, evaluate and approve Influencer applications, and integrate new partners..
  • Monitor Influencer activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase Influencer-generated revenues.
  • Scale the Influencer program by growing existing relationships and proactively recruiting new publishers and partnership opportunities via outreach.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Influencer programs, new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI.
  • Create and continually assess commission structure for Influencers, using internal data, market insights, and competitor research.
  • Evaluate and create proposals for new products to add to the Influencer program.
  • Reconciliation/attribution of Influencer referrals; ensure Influencers are paid on time and accurately.
  • Track performance, report on leads generated, and performance of the programs
  • Establish benchmarks and deliver monthly Influencer KPI reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce team and ensure Influencer marketing calendar and strategy is aligned with the wider brand and communication strategy.
  • Other duties as needed.
