Position Summary:
Alive + Well is a 7000 sq foot Integrative Health and Wellness center that is growing and evolving. We are looking for an authentic, kind, friendly Hospitality and Wellness Therapies coordinator that can easily multi-task plus, provide an exceptional guest experience. This is an important role in the functionality of our day-to-day operations so we are looking for someone who is professional, timely and reliable. A preferred qualification is someone who has prior knowledge and experience in health and wellness and high end guest services. This person will work very closely with our our nurses and our guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and embodies Alive and Well's mission and values in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be friendly, warm, and hospitable with our guests as you welcome them.
  • Facilitate different therapies such as Ozone Nasal and Ear Insufflation, LED Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna Therapy, Sauna and Cold Plunge, Hyperbaric Oxygen, compression therapy and more.
  • Share what Alive + Well offers with our curious guests
  • Champion a pristinely clean and organized facility
  • Check supplies on hand and order more when necessary
  • Use opening/closing checklists
  • Assist nurses with IV guests by taking vitals when needed
  • Be a great team player and be very easy to work with.
  • Be flexible and go with the flow.
  • Create monthly wellness events.

Alive and Well Hospitality and Holistic Therapies Coordinator KPI's
  • Punctual
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
  • Discuss services that may benefit a guest
  • Walk through entire center daily to be sure we are fully stocked in supplies
  • Walk through 3-4x a day to be sure all therapies are functional and in pristine order
  • Connect with the nurses to see where support is needed
  • Meet weekly with management to discuss any upcoming changes, needs and events
  • Restock towels multiple times a day in men's, women's and common areas
  • Wipe down walls and glass throughout the center during downtime
  • Change out water in flowers 2x a week

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience (wellness or spa setting preferred).
  • Naturally warm, friendly, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable learning and using software (MindBody experience a plus).
  • Strong communication skills - in-person, written, and over the phone.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Schedule
  • Monday thru Friday
  • Rotate between 7am-3pm and 10am-6pm

Compensation & Benefits
  • ($18 - $25 per hour). Pay commensurate with experience and performance
