Job description

Job Title: Mission Systems Integration & Verification Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO
Overview:
Join our growing Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team supporting the T-7 Red Hawk program. We're looking for an engineer to lead mission systems integration and verification, ensuring systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead mission systems integration and verification activities.
  • Develop and support test plans, readiness reviews, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate with flight test teams and cross-functional engineering groups.
  • Analyze test results and recommend design improvements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
  • Track progress and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in mission systems integration and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of avionics, test planning, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with T-7 or similar aircraft.
  • Familiarity with MBSE and systems engineering principles.

Compensation:
$110,000-$120,000 per year (based on experience)
