Job Summary:
ClifyX is seeking a Linux Engineer for a long-term contract position. The role involves managing Linux systems, providing on-call support, and working with cloud hosting providers and CI tools.
Responsibilities:
• Experience Shell scripting experience and Linux operating systems, preferably Red Hat or CentOS.
• Experience in System Engineer/Administration, system monitoring and concepts.
• Experience providing 'on call' support on a rotating basis to resolve system/application issues after normal business hours.
• Experience with cloud hosting providers such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) Tools using Jenkins, GoCD(preferred).
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, ELK stack, Grafana.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
