Job Description
  •  This is a swing/night kind of shift and hours can vary, depending on the region of the country that we are currently working in.
  • This position will be based in Chandler, AZ.
  • The candidates will need to be flexible to work a Mon-Thurs schedule...anywhere from noon to 22:00 or 16:00 to 02:00 (region dependent --- Eastern, Central, Mountain, Arizona, Pacific, Alaska)
  • We would likely interview by phone first and possibly in person for a second interview.
  • Candidate will be supporting vendor technicians that are installing new server hardware. 
Qualifications
  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • RHEL 5/6 knowledge/experience is required for this position.
  • Heavy shell scripting experience with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple development projects in a version control environment is also preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in all of the following areas: bash, ksh, Python, CVS, Subversion, RPM, Red Hat Satellite, and VMware.
  • Equivalent experience in comparable areas will be considered. Managing a conference line for support (greeting, queuing, resolving questions) 
  • Clear and accurate communication skills
  • Night work (USA/Mountain Time) is a requirement.
  • Must work from Chandler, AZ office.
