Red Rossa is looking for a friendly, reliable Day Bartender to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, building regulars, making drinks, taking tables, and providing consistent service in a relaxed daytime atmosphere for locals, events, and lodging guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Bartend during day shifts, preparing cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Serve guests at the bar and in designated dining section

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service from open to close

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
