Job description

Laborer – Recycling Yard Operations:

We’re hiring a Laborer to join our recycling yard team. This is an active, hands‑on role working outdoors and learning how to operate several types of equipment used in our metal‑recycling process. No experience is required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know, including how to run machines such as forklifts, skid steers, and our shaker separation table.
If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable with physical work in an outdoor environment, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
  • Work outdoors in our recycling yard, handling and sorting materials.
  • Learn to operate multiple pieces of equipment (training provided).
  • Assist with material preparation, cleanup, and general yard labor.
  • Support machine operators and help maintain a safe, organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and operate equipment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
