The Hospital Lab Manager will join a respected regional healthcare system recognized for clinical excellence, innovation, and a strong commitment to community health. This leader will oversee laboratory operations within a critical access hospital, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant diagnostic services while supporting a team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
In this key leadership role, the Hospital Lab Manager will provide oversight for daily laboratory operations, staff development, scheduling, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and workflow improvement. The Laboratory Manager will, train, mentor, and support laboratory professionals while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role will collaborate closely with hospital leadership, medical directors, and regional laboratory teams to maintain accreditation readiness, optimize resources, and advance laboratory services.
The Hospital Lab Manager will also oversee equipment performance, inventory management, laboratory systems, quality control processes, and operational goals while remaining clinically engaged through Medical Technologist coverage and support of laboratory testing needs.
