Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA), an RPO and Recruitment Marketing Company, is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to hit the ground running to tackle challenging, hard-to-fill positions in the Home-Services and Professional Services industries. We are looking for a relationship-driven Recruiter who wants to make an impact in the lives of candidates, foster candidate connections to build a solid talent acquisition network, and someone who is continuously growing. Find, screen, and help hire great people fast. Keep the process clean in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and give candidates and hiring managers a smooth experience.

You handle the full recruiting process for your open roles. You source, screen, and help close offers. You keep records accurate in the ATS and share clear updates each week.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years recruiting in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in‑house.
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills; organized and reliable.
  • Comfort using ATS and recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and simple reports.
