You will partner with our hiring leaders to identify and attract top talent, focusing on key engineering and operational functions across the organization. Compensation:

NGN 100,000/monthly


Responsibilities:

creating and posting job listings on various job boards

Utilizing professional internet platforms to source for candidates

Building a strong pipeline of quality prospective candidates

Performing pre-screening phone calls and video interviews with candidates

Adding prospective candidates to the applicant tracking system

Submitting candidates to the management team

Handling multiple job requisitions simultaneously

Sending recruiting emails with current job openings to prospects

Providing administrative support to the management team

Participating in a weekly company conference call


Qualifications:

At least 1 year of recruiting experience

Strong verbal, written communication, and relationship-building skills

Exceptional time management and organization skills

Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness

Ability to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment
