Job Summary:
Centuria is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides IT, Engineering, and Scientific solutions to the Federal Government. The Program Manager oversees the entire program for the contract, ensuring deliverables are met and managing communications with key government personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees the entire program for the contract and all associated teams.
• Ensures that deliverables are provided, and SLAs are adhered to.
• Communicates with key government personnel including (but not limited to) the SDOD Director, Call Center Manager and COR.
• Provides administrative direction to subordinate leads, has the corporate authority to recruit, hire, terminate personnel and commit corporate resources.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Holds ITIL Certification.
• May hold 1 or more Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications; HDI Support Center Director is preferred.
• Fifteen (15) years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent.
Preferred:
• HDI Support Center Director certification
