We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations Specialist to own the high-touch execution and white-glove logistics of our global executive hiring activities, while playing an active role in supporting the implementation and ongoing administration of our interview scheduling automation platform.
You will be joining a team that currently manages global process efficiency, executive candidate management, talent acquisition tools, training, and recruitment marketing. In this role, you will champion recruiting efficiency by optimizing our global interview processes and scheduling technology, while simultaneously serving as a dedicated, white-glove partner for our executive candidate experiences and logistics. Our group supports Talent Acquisition efforts for Equifax global operations of more than 15K employees.
We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.
What you'll do
  • Executive Candidate Experience & White-Glove Logistics: Personally orchestrate the end-to-end global interview lifecycle for executive and C-suite candidates, acting as a high-touch, dedicated point of contact to ensure an exceptional, seamless experience.
  • Global Travel Coordination & Expense Oversight: Seamlessly manage complex, multi-destination international travel itineraries, lodging, and ground logistics for global leadership candidates while overseeing the timely processing of executive expense reimbursements.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management & Discretion: Build strong, trusted partnerships with TA & HR Business Partners, and Executive Assistants to Executives and C-suite, managing highly confidential scheduling adjustments and localized logistics with speed, diplomacy, and absolute discretion.
  • Scheduling Platform Implementation & Governance: Play a key role on the core implementation team to transition the global talent acquisition team onto our new scheduling platform. Build out, test, and standardize global panel templates, load-balancing rules, and automated communication workflows.
  • System Administration & Maintenance: Act as the primary system administrator and first line of support for troubleshooting issues within our scheduling platform, ensuring deep integration and data synchronization with our ATS (Workday).
  • Training & Global Adoption: Independently design, document, and conduct ongoing training sessions for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to maximize tool adoption, platform proficiency, and process alignment.
  • Data-Driven Process Optimization: Review scheduling data and platform analytics to identify process bottlenecks; use these insights to continuously refine automated workflows, optimize interview steps, and elevate the overall candidate and hiring manager experience globally.

What experience you need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing high-touch, white-glove scheduling, candidate travel, and complex logistics for executive or C-suite hiring.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting operations experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience building data models, reports, or advanced dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools.

What could set you apart
