  • Location: Harvard Business School - 117 Western Avenue, Boston, MA 02163
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays - 20 hours a week. 
  • Requirement: Must be currently enrolled in a college/university.

We are looking to hire a Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate. The AP Associate will report to the purchasing Department. This role will primarily be responsible for processing invoices, Filling in Daily forms, and limited communicating with vendors.   • Solid organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to own/manage respective responsibilities and work with limited daily direction.
