We are seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations, candidate communication, event coordination, and onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Support campus recruiting events, networking programs, and summer intern activities
  • Manage logistics for virtual and on-campus recruiting events
  • Coordinate catering and vendor relationships for campus events
  • Post job openings to university platforms, including Handshake
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
  • Assist with recruiting marketing materials and event collateral
  • Arrange candidate travel and process related invoices
  • Process offer letters, background checks, and onboarding activities
  • Support diversity recruiting initiatives, employee resource groups, and campus ambassador programs
  • Track recruiting budgets and maintain expense reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus programs, or related internship experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
