Role: District Recruiting Manager Our District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated District Recruiting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent as agency owners and team members. Your efforts will make a significant impact by identifying, engaging, and hiring individuals passionate about the insurance industry.
