CDL Driver Recruiting Associate - Candidate Outreach, Screening & Follow-Up

Truck Driver Nation is seeking a motivated Recruiting Associate to help communicate with CDL driver applicants and support the driver recruiting process.

This role focuses on candidate outreach, initial screening, follow-up, and keeping applicants moving through the appropriate hiring steps.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Contact CDL driver applicants by phone, text, email, and recruiting platforms

Ask basic qualification and experience questions

Review driver work history and application information

Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates

Follow up with interested and qualified drivers

Help applicants complete required recruiting steps

Route candidates to appropriate available opportunities

Support recruiters with active candidate pipelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organized and dependable

Comfortable speaking with professional truck drivers

Ability to manage multiple applicants

Comfortable using computers, email, ATS, and online systems
