High Volume Recruiter – Auburn, ME
Adecco Staffing is working internally to grow our team in Auburn, ME and is currently hiring for a High Volume Recruiter to support our expanding business! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and has experience recruiting within clerical, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments.

Position: High Volume Recruiter
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm (Fully In Office)
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour to start, depending on experience
Location: Auburn, ME
Job Duties:
• Recruit high volumes of candidates for clerical, manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and start dates
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage candidate pipelines and update recruiting systems daily
• Work closely with Branch leadership and customers to prioritize hiring needs
• Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives
Requirements:
• Previous recruiting experience required
• Light industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Experience with Indeed, resume databases, or ATS systems preferred
• Team oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
