Recruiter databases are centralized systems or platforms that store and organize information about job candidates, such as resumes, contact details, interview notes, and application statuses. They can be standalone tools or features within broader applicant tracking systems (ATS), allowing recruiters to streamline their workflows, improve communication, and maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities.

In the context of a recruiter or related roles, earning $1,000,000 annually is rare and typically involves executive-level positions such as CEOs, CFOs, or successful entrepreneurs. High earnings in recruiting may occur for top recruiters or agency owners with large client portfolios and commission-based structures, but such income levels are uncommon for standard recruiter roles. Achieving this income generally requires extensive experience, a strong network, and often ownership of a recruiting firm or business.
