The Role

The Recruiter Support Associate plays a key role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by sourcing candidates, executing outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. This role is ideal for one who is detail-oriented with an extended bandwidth, a trailblazer and team player, and someone eager to build a long-term career in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities for supporting AEs

  • Create, update, and use recruiting and marketing voicemail scripts
  • Make up to 80 marketing calls, per assignment, while meeting quality and performance goals
  • Source and target qualified candidates and hiring authorities
  • Accurately enter and manage data in ATS
  • Share best practices and improvement ideas with the manager and team
  • Ability to demonstrate projects once trained

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced, senior-level healthcare field experience
  • Strong phone presence with excellent listening and follow-through
  • Organized, disciplined, with strong math, grammar, writing and proofing skills
  • Ability to learn systems and processes effectively

  • Tech-savvy (Google workspace, Microsoft office, ATS, internet research, social media)
