The clinic is situated in the vibrant city of Rancho Cucamonga, part of the expansive Greater Los Angeles area, offering both professional and lifestyle advantages with easy access to recreational, dining, and cultural amenities. As a member of our team, you will work onsite at our spacious rehabilitation center that encourages collaboration among healthcare providers to ensure synchronization in patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including active and passive exercises aimed at muscle re-education and enhancing the patients’ activities of daily living.
• Guide patients through prosthetic training, gait training, and functional training to maximize mobility and independence.
• Educate patients and their families about specific care plans, ensuring they understand the therapeutic processes and the importance of adherence.
• Collaborate actively with fellow team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to maintain a high standard of care that positively impacts patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress systematically, modifying treatment plans as necessary to reflect evolving patient needs.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of ages—from adolescent athletes to elderly patients—tailoring rehabilitation efforts that respect the unique needs of each demographic.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the State of California.

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly advantageous, although new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

This full-time position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, in addition to performance-based bonuses and other financial incentives. Our employee benefits package includes:
