Job Description:
The Retail Associate champions weirdness, radical inclusion, and the power of creativity to change the world. Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Retail Associate creates an out of this world shopping experience for our guests. Retail Associates will have expansive knowledge of our products, prepare and display merchandise and assist guests with their transactions. We encourage Retail Associate to elevate the narrative within our story world by executing their job duties with a performative and creative flair.

How you will do it...
• Welcome guests to the exhibition and/or gift shop and answer their questions
• Perform job responsibilities with a creative flair that elevates the exhibition narrative
• Deliver a memorable guest experience through exceptional customer service
• Monitor crowds and assist with crowd control to ensure the safety of guests and staff
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions throughout the Retail space
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases and merchandise returns
• Receive products and stock the sales floor, including processing incoming shipments, restocking displays, merchandising, etc.
• Collaborate with other team members to create and maintain a pleasant environment for guests
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Respond to injuries and emergencies appropriately, including reporting incidents to the Manager on Duty
• Fulfill other duties as required or directed by management
