Located on a private 43-acre ranch-style campus in North Texas, Enterhealth Ranch provides a serene, resort-style environment where clinicians can focus on meaningful therapeutic work and exceptional patient outcomes.

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) to join our collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced psychologists, therapists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and behavioral health professionals in a clinically sophisticated environment that values innovation, individualized care, and professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling for adults in residential treatment
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient progress
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
  • Provide crisis intervention, case management, and discharge planning
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Support relationship-building efforts with referral sources and community partners
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Texas licensure as an LPC Associate
  • Experience working with addiction, mental health, trauma, or dual diagnosis populations preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative treatment environment
  • Must maintain an active supervisory relationship in accordance with Texas licensing requirements
Additional Requirements
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of employment
